National Tequila Day! -Oh yeah!

I’m sure you all knew this already but today is National Tequila Day (No, it’s not on the 5th of May).

It’s time to celebrate a fine and very popular drink.

I decided this year I’d just help you out by providing a really simple and good recipe so you’d be able to enjoy the day a little more comfortably.

THE PITCHER-PERFECT MARGARITA

Ingredients

8 cups cold water
1 liter 100% agave tequila, chilled
2 (12 oz) cans frozen limeade, thawed in refrigerator
1/2 cup frozen concentrate orange juice, thawed in refrigerator
1/4 cup lime juice
Lime wedges
Salt

Directions
1. Throw all of the ingredients into a pitcher. Mix. Refrigerate.

2. Rub a lime wedge along the rim of your glass. Dip rim in a shallow dish of salt. Kosher Salt is best because it's chunkier and looks good.

3. Serve margarita over ice.

There, now you can sit back, relax, put your feet up and celebrate properly…. (You’re Welcome)

Today's Reflection:
I always take life with a grain of salt...
and a slice of lime and a shot of tequila...

Live Long and Prosper…
