Gadgets for people with too much time or money…

Here are a few new gadgets on the market that prove there are consumers with either too much time or too much money on thier hands -- or both:

 

 

The first up is my favorite, the “Shark With Frickin’ Laser Pointer” (actual product name. No, really). Its 7″ long, has a laser pointer on top and costs $14.99. (Personally, I can’t wait to attend a meeting where the presenter brings out his shark pointer….)

You can’t sneak up on someone wearing the “Spidey Sense Shirt” . This shirt has a clip-on proximity sense with a vibrating motor. If someone comes within 5 feet of you it starts to pulse, at 4 feet the pulse quickens slightly, faster yet at 3 feet, then even faster at 2 and 1 feet away. Your Spidey Senses will really be tingling. This officially licensed Marvel collectible features Spider-man on the front. If you want to buy it, you’ll have to hold onto your Spidey cash until October- but you can preview it at this year’s Comic Con. (I have a friend with a pet cat that might find this usefull)

 

Relax, now you can sleep with one eye open and a gun under your pillow. Well not a real gun but the “Secret Agent Alarm Clock”. Need to know the time? Just pull out this gun and pull the trigger. The clock uses an LED to project the time onto the wall. The gun also vibrates when the alarm goes off and the trigger is used for the snooze function. (My advice: don’t put this under your pillow if you actually sleep with a real gun under there.)
