Just inutes before Deborah Cohan was preparing to undergo a double mastectomy, she decided to pump up some Beyonce and do a little dance in the operating room.
Deborah, an OB/GYN and mother of two, got down to “Get Me Bodied” and the entire nursing staff joined in by busting out their best moves.
To cut down on worry and stress Cohan also asked friends and family to film their own dance parties so that she could watch a montage of them during her recovery.

Now there’s a lady with grit –and a nursing staff I’d like to have if I had a serious surgery!
Don’t worry about this becoming a regular part of operating room procedures. It’s not covered by Obamacare and the EPA would likely ban it for adding too much carbon dioxide to the atmosphere.
